Good Day, Good Day.. A guest made my day.. =D

Have you wonder? We as service provider, daily have to service people with most sincere attitude, but does the guest really sense it? Today it's proven, some really do!
I got my first "Heart Felt Service Card" from a guest, "we are not satisfied till you do!" that's our caption for that card. So I think I sort of "touched" the guest with my service, <=) I will try to photocopy a copy of the card and post it here to share my joy with you all. The feeling of joy, is when you opened up the "Heart Felt Service Card", you saw your name and with good comments in it. My instant feeling was like received long service award like that, with a little bit more recognition, and it can really make a service provider day! The feeling was amazing.. haha, duno how to describe, but was good. =D This really motivate me to work harder and stronger!
So apart from the usual mistakes and error I commited, these little little things that are happening actually will keep me moving forward and shine as I rise. *Happy happy*

Today actually made a phone call to Leann's department and she answered the call, she actually can recognise it's me before I know it was she. lol.

Tong: "Good afternoon, this is Tongri from frontdesk, may I look for Cheryl Neo please."
Leann: "Hmm, Cheryl Neo from which department?"
Tong: "Hmm, according to the guest is from Banquet."
Leann: "Who is this on the line again?"
Tong: "This is Tongri speaking"
Leann: "Eh Tong arh, ni da lai zou she mo."

Lol, instant changed to chinese and those very fierce tone as usual, knn sia she. hahaha as usual. =)

Work work, tonight barcelona vs man utd, feel like watching but feels like restricted.. Hmm, we shall see. =) Man Utd go go go!
