It's already the 8 weeks of attachment. Fast eh.. Anyway, just to share something happened recently.
During work last week, some unfortunate incident happened. Due to bad handwriting of my buddy plus blur buddy programming the key plus trying-to-act-smart guest, equals to a guest actually opened another guest's door and saw the guest in the room naked. This unfortunate incident almost caused the hotel to be sued, like I always said. I think I am lucky, but don't think I will be so lucky this time round, but yet, I am. In fact, this is just an geniue accident, not to blame any individual party, just that unfortunate that we have a guest that is a victim. You know what my manager told me, she said "the guest broke down that night, and plead to me that do not dismiss the staff who committed this error." Can you believe it? She actually did not make use of this situation to demand for compensation. She have the right to request for complimentary almost for everything, accommodation, air tickets, or/and even cash. But again, I am lucky, as usual, more things to write in my logbook. Now leann you know why I didn't purposely "spoil" the market? Haha, such things keep on happening, how to not record on how to solve? But that's more of managers work, well. I am learning inside out... =:)
