But I think I used all ways, I first try to convince the guest by saying that our harbour view room has a very good view of the esplanate, then I try to cheat by saying that you can add on ONLY $50 dollars for the upgrade, but thats before taxes. And then I try to bluff by saying, sorry sir currently our hotel King size bed is running high for the classic room, and the remaining King size bed avaiable only left with low and smoking floor, which non-smoker will like to have a room on a smoking floor? So talaa.. I did it, I managed to convince/cheat/bluff the guest, and for that I earned myself $10 dollars! haha, for the amount I upsold the guest, I will be able to get 10%. Wooo.. sounds good right. So from tomorrow onwards I will learn more from my buddy Qiao Fen who is our top-seller of the year runner-up. =D My aim is to get a top-seller of the month for at least 1 month for my 5 months stay at Swissotel. :)
And to add on to that, my friendS, the girls come visit me at my workplace.. Abit touched la, didnt expect that. lol sounds till like my birthday, but really nice feeling again to hear all the laughter and see the familiar faces, really. How hope I can join them for once.
