Effort = Results. In operation, when you put in effort, you will definitely see results (customer satisfaction). And this week, I totally believe in that. A guest gave me a book, for the help I offer to him to locate the car dealers in Singapore. Another guest wrote email to my manager, complimenting me for my action, and it was announced in afternoon briefing. All these small little actions really motivate me to move on, even though I saw some of the ugly side of the staffs, but I have to admit that I am still enjoying myself everyday..

Been upselling everyday, feeling like a con-man. But who caress... For this month I am targeting a amount up to my attachment allowance. (esti. around $6000) lol. Not very realistic, but have to work on it. =)

Thanks yanni for forwarding such a mail, which will discourage me to go or us from going Thailand. But if I happen to go, I think I will pass the stone to you if possible. Hahaha.. *evil*
