Night of Swissotel^

First experience for graveyard shift, something new, something special. Hmm..

Looking at the quiet lobby, seems like a different place as compared to the vibrant & packed lobby we will have in the morning or afternoon. Like another place in peace, with no rules & orders in mind, I took out my handphone for the first time in the lobby to captured the unique sight.

All guest must be soundly asleep if not doing their business in the room. You know, man have their needs. And when they have their needs in foreign country, the particular industry in the foreign industry will prosper. Yesterday was the first time I experienced "babyface" (term use to describe prostitution), and due to the tight security, we have to "register" them before they are allow for business, especially those "call-in" ladies. I must say these "babyface" are damn rude fucking China ladies, maybe not referring to all, but mostly. A China woman who presented us her ID was expired! So according to the rules, we are unable to let her up to the room, and we intended to let her go off without calling police. Her reply in China tone was "Ni shen jing bing arh? Ni tou nau (brain) you mao bing arh ni? gou qi (expired) ni mah de tou arh... so on and so on...." Really rude.

One case to my surprise was actually a Singaporean woman who came to register. Hmmm... my colleauge said that no natianality when it comes to this line, even your own fellow singaporean, some betray their body for money, some rather have no choice but to work in the indecent way. Made me have different perspective in life now...

This is my work counter! See anything familiar? Apart from mouse, screen and keyboard. It's Opera Version 4! And the paper beside the computer will be the registration card, the paper we need to update after checking-in a guest. =)

Tried taking a picture by putting timer, "tick, tick, tick, tick, tick tick tick tick, SNAP!" Waited for so long, damn, till a guest walked passed. So malu. He even offered to take for us. Haha.. Just kidding..

After garthering our experiences, we go for another shot. "SNAP" hahaha.. This time round was good. =D Today was the last day for the person beside me, hais another friend leaving the hotel. Soon it gonna be my turn. Less than 2 months. Hmmm....
