"Heartfelt Service Nomination"

I would like to recognise Tong Ri of Front Desk,

for the heartfelt service I have received as described below.

He served us once but remembered our faces. When we have to approach him to change the faulty door cards, he was polite and made it very pleasant for us. Today, he once again served with a sincere smile. He served with his "heart".

Aww... So warming, my motivation to move on. :)
